Billing

Our goal is to give you complete transparency into your fulfillment. That includes how much you're paying us, and what for.

Prepaid

Whiplash is a prepaid service. We'll charge your card for about a week's worth of activity at a time, and that balance will be spent down as your orders ship.

Here's what it looks like:

Storage

Storage fees are applied on the first of the month to cover the previous month's activity. The amount is based on what you have in stock at the beginning of the month. So if you receive your product on the 15th and ship it all before the 1st, you beat the system!

If your actual storage charges are less than the minimum storage fee, a 2nd fee is added to make up the difference. We list the two fees separately so you can see how much "free" storage you have left vs. the actual storage you're using.

Statements

At the end of each month, we summarize the month's activity. We email you a copy, there's a copy online, and you can export the orders for that month as a CSV.

In your inbox, once a month.

Multiple Currencies

If you're using Whiplash in multiple currencies, you'll see a set of tabs that shows your balance in each currency. Each of these currency accounts will be kept topped-up for the upcoming week's activity.

At the end of each month, you'll get a statement for each currency you do business in.

Whiplash London billing is in British Pounds Sterling.
